Who is responsible
Cloud & Code Consulting (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”) operates this public MiniMax Music Studio web app from the Netherlands and is the controller for personal data processed through it.

Song titles and artist labels are stored with your library but are not sent to MiniMax by this app. MiniMax API credentials remain on our server and are never shown to you or sent to your browser.
How and why we use information
- To provide the service: authenticate you, create and manage your library, generate lyrics and music, process covers, and let you play or download tracks.
- To keep the service reliable and secure: prevent misuse, investigate errors, protect accounts and maintain the app.
- To answer requests: respond to support, privacy and account-deletion messages.
- To meet legal duties: comply with applicable law and valid requests from authorities.
Our principal legal basis is performance of our agreement with you when you use the service. We rely on legitimate interests for proportionate security, troubleshooting and service improvement, and on legal obligations where the law requires processing.
We do not use your information for behavioural advertising and do not sell personal data.
What stays in your browser
The app uses an essential, secure authentication session so you can remain signed in. It also stores your unfinished form draft and player volume in your browser’s local storage. These are functional technologies, not advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
You can remove local data using the form’s Clear action or your browser controls. Blocking essential session storage may prevent sign-in. We currently use no advertising, analytics or behavioural-tracking cookies.
When we delete information
Your account data and songs remain stored until your account is deleted. You may delete an individual song in the studio at any time; that removes its metadata, generated audio and any stored cover reference from this app’s active storage.
To delete your account and all songs, email send an account-deletion request from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify your identity and will process a verified request without undue delay. Deleting this app account does not delete your Google account.
Support correspondence and limited security records may be kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, protect the service or meet a legal obligation. Data sent to Google or MiniMax is also subject to those providers’ retention rules.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, GDPR gives you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
Contact our privacy team to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
How we protect data
We use access controls, per-user storage separation, server-side API credentials, input validation and browser security headers to reduce risk. No online service is completely secure, so please use a protected Google account and contact us if you suspect misuse.
Adults only
This service is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to or collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has used the service.
Updates and questions
We may update this statement when the service, providers or law changes. We will publish the revised date here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights or how we use personal data.
